Terms of Service
General Voting Rules
  • No purchase or registration is necessary to participate in the voting process
  • The voting process will consist of 4 rounds from the period of January 1st to March 31st
  • Voting is limited to the following:
    • January 1st - 31st: Vote for up to 10 different girls per day, per person
    • February 1st - 28th: Vote for up to 5 different girls per day, per person
    • March 1st - 15th: Vote for up to 1 girl per day, per person
    • March 15th - 31st: Vote for up to 1 girl per day, per person
  • Votes will only be accepted during the designated voting period as described above.
  • Any individual who, at the sole determination of FreeOnes, abuses the voting process in any way will be disqualified from further voting and his or her votes deleted.
    Further, an individual's abuse of the voting system may lead to the disqualification of the contestant.
  • The terms of voting are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
    All decisions made by FreeOnes are final.

Win a Trip to LA for the Miss FreeOnes Award Party!
  • No purchase is necessary to participate in drawing for free trip to Los Angeles, California.
  • Anyone 18 years or older may enter.
  • Registration to http://my.freeones.com is required for a chance to win the free trip.
  • 1 entry per MyFreeOnes member.
  • Prize includes airfare, a 3 days 2 nights hotel stay, and a VIP entry to awards party for winner and a friend.
    The prize does not include meals or spending money.
  • Contest closes on March 1st, 2010
  • The winner agrees to disclose their full information to FreeOnes for travel and booking purposes.
    This includes the friend that will accompany the winner on the trip.
  • If winner and friend reside outside of the United States, he or she is responsible for providing correct legal documents
    (passport, visa, etc) for entry into the US.
  • The terms of the LA Trip giveaway are subject to change at FreeOnes discretion at any time without prior notice.
    All decisions made by FreeOnes are final.

Miss FreeOnes Contestants
  • All contestants are over the age of 18 and have been approved to enter the contest by FreeOnes staff.
  • FreeOnes reserves the right to remove any contestant found cheating or acting in a manner that is not befitting as a representative of FreeOnes.
  • While FreeOnes encourages contestants to promote voting among their fans, any activity that appears suspect will be investigated by the FreeOnes staff and dealt with at FreeOnes's discretion.
  • If the contestant makes the top 10 in the final 2 rounds, she agrees that if she can not be present at the FreeOnes Party in Los Angeles (date to be announced), she agrees to provide a 30 second video in her place.
  • Winner(s) will be announced at the FreeOnes Party in Los Angeles.
  • The above terms are subject to change at FreeOnes discretion at any time without prior notice.
    All decisions made by FreeOnes are final.
